We are hiring a People Operations Representative based in the Philippines to support our global employee population across the United States Canada Colombia and Australia. This individual will be a key part of our Global People Operations team working both front-line and back-office operations ensuring high-quality execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive employee-centered experience. This role will report directly to the People Operations Manager based in the U.S.
The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a passion for operational work and solving day-to-day employee issues.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires job changes and terminations.
- Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies processes and tools across supported regions. Escalate complex or advanced employee issues to appropriate partners or teams as needed.
- Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
- Support basic HR reporting needs.
- Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
- Maintain and audit employment records.
- Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports including I-9 audits payroll audits and other mandatory reviews.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization (experience supporting international regions is a plus).
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS (UKG experience preferred).
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
- Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and business environments.
- Ability to manage tasks independently prioritize effectively and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
- Commitment to continuous learning particularly in employment laws HR technology and employee experience best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred.
