AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CONCIERGEDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by providing prompt efficient and quality service.
- Provides service departmentwith customer vehicle pick up and delivery service.
- Pays attention to small details before delivering a car to a customer.
- Cleans vehicle before delivery to customer.
- Anticipates customers needs.
- Cleans moves and maintains appearance of service vehicles.
- Assists Service Department managers Advisors Technicians and Cashiers.
AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CONCIERGE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic computer application knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual reliable and eager to improve
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team
- Valid drivers license
