Service Delivery Co Ordinator at The NSS Group Part of Testing

The Division Testing
NSS Testing is all about a varied workload from replacing a single lamp to installing a fully covered safe system of access to a roof.
We specialise in the Installation and maintenance of fall protection and access systems Fire Alarms Emergency lighting and much more
Your job will include:
- Managing the day-to-day service requests providing a point of contact to clients and the NSS Testing division
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to general customer sales and service enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing support to field-based operatives
- Generating and processing reports as per client agreed format and frequency
- Request purchase orders from clients prior to works taking place and logging jobs correctly on our internal system
- Tracking all submitted quotations in conjunction with Contracts manages and operations team then converting enquiries into instructions
- Responsible to log and book in jobs and organising access / providing support to field-based operatives taking ownership of requests
- Checking invoicing data to accurately account for works completed on jobs
- Helping the management team with validation of post-works reports accurately recording the works carried out on site complete with recommendations for additional works
- Assisting the quotation process from point enquiry
- Supporting the wider helpdesk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries
Experience / Personal Attributes Required:
- Ideally a proven track record working in a similar fast paced role
- Strong PC skills proficient typing and data entry skills essential
- Previous use of CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
