Job Title: Student Worker - Roundup Yearbook Sales Rep AY26

Job Classification: Marketing and Communications Student

Department: Student Publications

Hiring Manager: Terri Evans

Contact:

Work Schedule: 12 hrs per week

Desired Length of Employment:

Pay Rate: $9 per hour

Job Description:

$1000 scholarship per semester

  • Manages sales of the Baylor Roundup Yearbook through email and phone conversations.
  • Maintains email database of students and parents with consistent contact about yearbook portrait dates and purchase opportunities.
  • Provides support during Roundup Yearbook events and collects payments for online or email purchases.
  • The ideal candidate is goal oriented and able to manage time and duties efficiently.
  • This position includes face-to-face meetings as well as email correspondence and phone discussions.
