Job Description
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on support during routines play learning and community activities
- Reinforce positive behaviors using fun proven strategies
- Implement custom treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
- Collect behavior and progress data with care and accuracy
- Stay in regular contact with your supervisor and attend scheduled training sessions
- Assist with occasional household tasks or transportation if needed
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure a safe supportive session environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Valid driver s license reliable transportation and car insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs be on your feet kneel or sit on the floor
- Willingness to drive up to 30 minutes for client sessions
- Passion for helping others and interest in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (we ll help you get certified!)
