Pay: $18/hr
Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM & Rotating Saturdays 7:00 AM 12:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Technician/Mechanic to join our team in Inola. The Auto Technician/Mechanic will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks ensuring vehicles are diagnosed accurately and repaired efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a long-term role in a reputable shop environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify problems utilizing a computerized OBD Code Reader.
- Repair or replace worn or damaged parts including engines transmissions brakes and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks.
- Ensure that repaired or replaced parts and systems work correctly.
- Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Auto Technician/Mechanic; certifications or degrees are a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment and vehicle systems.
- Knowledge of A/C repairs is considered a plus.
