About You
Youre organised analytical and confident working with data and documentation. You enjoy managing processes behind the scenes keeping systems tidy and accurate. Youre proactive in communication collaborative across teams and have a natural curiosity for improving how things are done. With a keen eye for detail and strong Excel skills youre ready to make an impact in a commercial support role.

Key Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and macros)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and across global teams
  • Confident handling large datasets and summarising findings
  • Positive solutions-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in contract admin or commercial support is beneficial

About The Opportunity
As a Contracts Administrator at Intertek Caleb Brett youll work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure contracts are aligned compliant and centrally managed. Youll help maintain and update our contract management systems and support colleagues with contract interpretation and approvals. This role is essential to our mission of delivering trusted and efficient services to major energy clients across the globe.

Key Activities

  • Prepare and finalise customer contracts in line with agreed commercial terms
  • Maintain and update standard contract templates and terms
  • Manage records in our Contract Management System (CAMS)
  • Support contract pricing and indexation with global teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract compliance and clarity
  • Contribute to large customer contract projects with global colleagues
