Position Purpose
The Patient Services Administrator plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient-centred service. You will be the first point of contact for patients providing accurate information managing appointments and supporting billing processes all while ensuring a calm and professional environment.
This role requires a patient and confident communicator who can handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
