Civmec are currently seeking Project Administrators to be a vital part of growing our team! You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations from handling timesheets to coordinating essential admin tasks and providing vital support to our dynamic team.
Multiple positions currently available across FIFO / DIDO (2&1) and Local projects in Kwinana (Mon-Fri).
The Role
Whilst reporting to the Senior Project Admin your tasks will include:
- Supporting the project team in the delivery of general administration duties
- Checking and processing daily timesheets.
- Inputting data and ensuring timesheets are submitted in time for the payroll
- Assisting with mobilising personnel to site
- Organisingtravel and accommodation bookings registers and reports (as required)
- Assisting management to compile daily weekly and monthly reports (as required)
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- 3-5 years previously worked in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite & Computer Skills
