About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Employment Hero Administrator to join our HR team on a temporary full-time contract (3 months).

You will be responsible for the administration and optimisation of our Employment Hero HRIS platform supporting HR processes workforce planning and compliance across Gidgee Healing. This role offers above-award conditions and the flexibility to work remotely and/or onsite while making a meaningful contribution to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure the Employment Hero HRIS platform.
  • Partner with the HR Manager and Chief Strategic Officer to manage workforce data onboarding recruitment and compliance.
  • Generate HR metrics workforce reports and provide analytics to leadership.
  • Train and support managers and team leaders in using the EH platform.
  • Ensure employee records templates and workflows meet Award and legislative standards.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised detail-oriented and passionate about improving HR systems and processes in a values-based organisation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration HR or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years HR or administrative experience (Employment Hero highly desirable).
  • Knowledge of relevant Awards including ATSI Health Worker Award SCHADS or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated cultural respect and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
