We re looking for a Recruitment Service Delivery Support Coordinator to help streamline recruitment operations and deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates. What You ll Do
- Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports including candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Attend online briefings and meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and progress.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with clients candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
Requirements
What You Bring
We re looking for someone who:
- A bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or Psychology.
- Experienced with 5 10 years in recruitment HR or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and Outlook.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Capable of working in a quiet distraction-free environment with minimal background noise.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Efficient in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
