We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring smooth communication efficient project coordination and timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate will be proactive client-focused and skilled in managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

Monitor account activities to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Support account managers in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in account coordination client services or project management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
