Draft and publish job descriptions on company platforms and job boards.
Screen resumes shortlist candidates and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain recruitment records trackers and reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Assist in preparing offer letters onboarding documents and coordinating start dates.
Liaise with clients and internal departments to understand recruitment needs and ensure timely delivery.
Support responses to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for recruitment services.
Ensure recruitment activities align with applicable labour regulations and internal policies.
Provide administrative support during internal or client-facing training sessions when needed.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
3 5 years of verifiable experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and familiarity with job posting platforms.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Client-facing experience or comfort engaging with external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must reside within the Ajah-Lekki axis of Lagos State.
