In the role of Senior Associate - Assurance you will join the AML/CTF & Fraud Risk Enabling Units Assurance team thats doubling down on ensuring that NAB keeps our customers and community safe from financial crime.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Assess control design effectiveness and operating effectiveness.
- Support the performance of thematic or risk-based reviews in response to a change in the internal or external environment.
- Proactively manage risk and escalate events issues or breaches as they are identified.
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Previous experience in compliance risk management within financial services with a focus on financial crime will be highly regarded.
- Strong experience in Assurance is preferred with strong understanding of compliance and control testing standards and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Exceptional communications skills.
