Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for resource optimization and operational excellence We are looking for anInstallation Managerto join our dynamic Brisbane team and play a key role in shaping and executing our frontline installation resource strategy.

What will you be doing

  • Develop and implement the frontline installation resource strategy
  • Translate demand plans into resource requirements across internal teams and subcontractors
  • Proactively allocate resources and manage capacity across projects
  • Collaborate with Delivery Operations Managers Project Managers and Installation Supervisors
  • Maintain visibility on subcontracting ratios and ensure optimal deployment of resources
  • Support planning tool usage and provide input for supplier selection
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with key subcontractors to ensure alignment and execution of resource plans
  • Communicate forecasts and secure volume commitments from subcontractors
  • Maintain transparent communication on resourcing status
  • Provide accurate schedules for capacity needs and team releases
  • Support suppliers during ramp-up and ensure adherence to country-specific legal requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in resource planning operations or project management
  • Qualified registered Queensland electrical licence required
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects at a site level desired
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively
  • Familiarity with KONE products / planning tools and subcontractor management
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and subcontracting regulations is a plus
