Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills
- Energetic & Resilient
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred i.e. roles where you work directly with vulnerable young adults or children who may have suffered trauma
- You like being Active enjoy doing/playing sports such as swimming cycling walking
- Like the Outdoors and doing outdoor pursuits
- Has Experience with younger children i.e. 6 to 13 year olds
- You possess a can-do attitude
- Can relate to children on all levels
- Understand this is a 365 days a year job working various shift patterns

About the Role:
A national leading provider of residential care for young people is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader for their Childrens Home. This role involves providing day-to-day care for young people ensuring smooth operations of the home and providing leadership and support to the staff team.
Responsibilities:
- Take care of the day-to-day needs of young people in the residential homes.
- Ensure the home operates at high standards and that staff are supported.
- Provide leadership to inspire colleagues and build relationships with young people.
- Step up to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
