David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Customer Support for their office in Porto.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare chargeback representment documents in accordance with specific requirements.
- Determine user risk level based on company procedures and policies.
- Verify user-provided documents to ensure authenticity and match system records.
- Accurately use review outcome to make informed decisions to blacklist/whitelist specific users.
- Escalate any potential fraud trends to senior management team.
- Investigate reasons for transaction rejections.
- Keep detail documentation through screenshot and various platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English both verbal and written (C2 level).
- Strong analytical skills problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the review process.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic and skilled in payment technology applications (CCDC PayPal and E-wallets)
- Curious and persistent in solving issues
- Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
