We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with experience in ocean export freight forwarding and customs clearance (CHA).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new export business maintaining client relationships and offering end-to-end logistics solutions including FCL/LCL bookings documentation and customs support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for ocean export (FCL/LCL) freight and CHA services.
- Identify and onboard exporters manufacturers and trading companies.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and shipping lines for container bookings.
- Guide clients on export documentation (invoice packing list shipping bill BL).
- Ensure smooth coordination with CHA for customs clearance and compliance.
- Meet monthly revenue volume and margin targets.
- Maintain records in CRM and submit sales reports regularly.
Identify and target potential customers in different sector conduct market analysis to discover new business opportunities for ocean freight export (FCL LCL) and CHA services.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies based on customer profiles market dynamics and industry-specific export challenges.
- Understand client export requirements shipping patterns and trade lanes (e.g. Asia Europe Middle East USA Africa).
- Promote a full suite of services including:

- Freight booking (FCL/LCL Reefer DG Cargo)
- Container transport
- Customs documentation and clearance
- Port handling and final delivery
- Retain and grow existing accounts through personalized relationship management and proactive service follow-up.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals rate quotations and service plans based on volume destination and cargo profile.
- Work closely with internal departments (Operations Documentation CHA Pricing Finance) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate with shipping lines NVOCCs CFSs ICDs transporters and customs brokers for container availability and cargo scheduling.
- Advise clients on optimal INCOTERMS cargo insurance documentation protocols and compliance with destination-specific regulations.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets in terms of:

- Monitor and report key sales performance metrics including:
