Job Summary

Sales Negotiator
Old Town Swindon
Basic Salary 20000 - 25000 (depending on experience)
OTE: 30000 - 35000
Monday - Friday every other Saturdaywith half day lieu in return

The Role

Ourclient is a well-known and reputable Estate Agency based in Swindon with multiple branches in the surrounding areas. They have a very experienced team who have wealth of experience in the Property Industry and they have a very exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
Solicit leads
Promote newly listed properties and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Proven work experience within estate agency atleast 1 - 3years required
Tactful and articulate
Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
Highly motivated and results driven
Full UK driving licence and your own car
