Job Summary

Sales Negotiator
Gravesend
18000 - 25000 basic salary (depending on experience)
30000 - 40000 OTE plus referral fees for mortgages and solicitors

8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
9:00am-5:00pm Saturday
( Working a five-day rota with one day off during the week and one at the weekend)

Our client. a well established award winning highstreet estate agency are expanding their team. They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations conduct property viewings negotiate offers agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
Solicit leads
Promote newly listed properties and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator ideally with listing experience
Full UK driving licence and your own car
Tactful and articulate
Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
Highly motivated and results driven
