Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to acquire new commercial industrial and institutional projects. The role involves developing relationships with architects contractors builders and facility managers while ensuring sales targets are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new projects by building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a network of qualified dealers in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and prepare market analysis reports.
- Conduct site surveys estimate costs and provide consultative sales solutions.
- Prepare quotations costings and technical data for customers.
- Manage sales orders update delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Conditioner/VRV/VRF sales.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
- Bachelors degree in Management preferred; engineering graduates with sales experience can apply.
- Experience in B2B or dealer sales of air conditioners.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
