Job Description: To fetch inquiries from online websites/subscriptions and convert them into orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Fetch inquiries from various online platforms such as Just Dial India Mart and other relevant portals.
- Client Coordination & Conversion:
- Engage with prospective clients to:
- Provide a comprehensive overview of the organization.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits.
- Effectively convince clients collaborating with the Marketing and Service Teams for detailed explanations.
- Arrange site visits for the Service Team with prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
- Diligently follow up with clients to secure Purchase Orders (POs).
- Manage the follow-up process for advance and final payments.
- Engage with prospective clients to:
- Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with the Purchase Team and Service Team to ensure timely material ordering and installation scheduling.
- Post-Installation Follow-up:
- Follow up with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction and facilitate final payment.
- Essential Skills:
- Must possess strong computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills are essential.
