Your responsibilities
- You will sell microloan products and mobilize customer deposits.
- You will source new clients through fieldwork digital platforms and customer referrals
- You will assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers using the 5Cs of credit
- You will build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-ups and support
- You will educate prospects and clients on loan terms repayment schedules and savings benefits
- You will hit your sales and collection targets consistently
- You will complete all required documentation and loan application processes accurately
- You will report field insights and challenges to your supervisor to improve sales strategy
To be considered you should have...
- A minimum of an NCE or OND qualification
- At least 6 months of direct sales experience in a financial institution
- Residency in Port Harcourt (this role is strictly for PH-based candidates)
- A strong understanding of field sales credit and customer service
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of microfinance principles is a plus
- A passion for growth service and performance
