International Sales & Strategic Partnerships Manager Predictive Maintenance

Company Overview

We are a fast-growing startup specializing in predictive maintenance technology that leverages state-of-the-art IoT sensors machine learning algorithms and data analytics to optimize industrial asset performance. Our solution minimizes unplanned downtime reduces maintenance costs and extends asset lifecycles. We are looking to disrupt traditional maintenance models by offering scalable intelligent solutions to a global market.

Role Overview

As the International Sales & Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be the primary driver for our global sales growth and partnership onboarding. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new high-value clients and to onboard and nurture strategic channel partners. Your role will combine consultative selling solution-based relationship management and channel activation ensuring our innovative predictive maintenance solutions become the standard across multiple industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Global Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales plan targeting strategic markets (EMEA APAC Americas) to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage full sales cycles from prospecting conducting consultative discovery meetings preparing tailored proposals to closing deals ensuring alignment with short- and long-term business objectives.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Create accurate sales forecasts and perform regular reporting on pipeline conversion rates and revenue targets to senior management.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Partner Onboarding: Identify recruit and onboard key channel and technology partners. Design and implement partner enablement programs including co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product adoption.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term high-value relationships with both strategic partners and enterprise clients. Act as the trusted advisor by understanding their maintenance challenges and demonstrating how our solution can deliver measurable improvements.

  • Co-creation Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to co-develop and execute customized integration and deployment strategies that address unique market needs.

Customer Engagement & Advisory

  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs analyses with industrial clients (e.g. refineries power plants heavy manufacturing utilities) and articulate the product s value proposition through customized demonstrations and presentations.

  • Feedback Loop: Collect customer and partner insights to relay to internal product and service teams helping refine our solutions and enhance the customer experience.

  • Training & Enablement: Oversee client and partner training sessions ensuring they are fully equipped to implement and leverage our predictive maintenance platform.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor a small high-performing remote sales team and where applicable partner account executives. Set clear performance metrics and ensure continuous skill development.

  • Internal Alignment: Work closely with marketing product development finance and operations to align sales strategies with overall business goals and to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and partners.

  • Strategic Communication: Represent the company at international conferences webinars and industry events enhancing our market presence and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 2 years of international sales experience strong familiarity with SaaS platforms condition monitoring or predictive maintenance solutions.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive sales targets and expanding into new international markets.

  • Relationship Skills: Extensive network of industry contacts and a proven ability to build manage and leverage strategic relationships with both clients and partners.

  • Technical Understanding: Basic technical proficiency or a strong willingness to learn about predictive maintenance technologies IoT sensors and machine learning applications as they relate to industrial asset management.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with modern CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
