Responsibilities:

Manage and recover overdue payments from customers.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain healthy portfolio quality.

Build and maintain good relations with clients.

Achieve collection targets as per company policy.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in collections (Group Loan preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
