Job Description
Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: Hoshiarpur Punjab
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:

Manage collections for secured & unsecured loan accounts.

Conduct regular follow-ups and field visits for timely recoveries.

Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collections (Banking/NBFC preferred).

Good communication negotiation and field recovery skills.
-
Knowledge of local geography and willingness to travel.
