Inviting applications for the role of Supply Chain Consulting Sr. Solution Consultant -Manager-English!
In this role the Sr Solution Consultant as a trusted advisor and technical expert youll lead the design and delivery of Kinaxis-based solutions collaborating closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops walkthroughs and system demos.
Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities integration strategy and performance optimization.
Review technical specifications for completeness scalability and quality assurance.
Develop reusable components scripts or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development including effort estimation and architecture design.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Experience in supply chain consulting with at least focused on Kinaxis Maestro implementations.
Proven track record of leading technical solution design and implementation within SCM platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to diagnose complex issues across configuration integration and data layers.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
Experience managing module timelines risks and client relationships in complex delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certification in Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 or 3
Deep understanding of multiple Kinaxis Maestro modules such as Supply Planning Demand Planning or Inventory Management.
Proficiency in scripting and developing reusable technical components or code libraries.
Experience designing scalable architectures aligned with a clients digital transformation strategy.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools used in enterprise project delivery.
Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing playbook creation or thought leadership initiatives.
