As the Office and Events Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and the successful execution of events.
Reporting to the Senior People Experience Partner this is a full-time 5 days a week office-based role based in our Bracknell office.
Some of the things youll do...
Youll oversee the daily office operations ensuring the office cafe and coffee machine are clean and restocked.
You will ensure the health and safety of employees and visitors in the office.
You will support and help coordinate in-office events both internal and externally facing.
Youll support our new starter onboarding working with the People Experience and Talent teams to provide a smooth experience.
You will also play a support role to our local Head of Sales and Channel including diary travel and expense management.
A little about you...
You have experience working in a customer-facing role such as customer care or hospitality and enjoy providing excellent service to others.
You like to be the first point of contact for employees and visitors and are happy to support them with their queries.
You can coordinate events including managing set up pack down and logistics.
You are looking to kick-start your career in an office-based environment.
