Job Description

Do you have a customer service hospitality or events background and are looking to move into an office-based role Then PaperCut want to hear from you! As the Office and Events Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and the successful execution of events.

Reporting to the Senior People Experience Partner this is a full-time 5 days a week office-based role based in our Bracknell office.

Some of the things youll do...

  • Youll oversee the daily office operations ensuring the office cafe and coffee machine are clean and restocked.

  • You will ensure the health and safety of employees and visitors in the office.

  • You will support and help coordinate in-office events both internal and externally facing.

  • Youll support our new starter onboarding working with the People Experience and Talent teams to provide a smooth experience.

  • You will also play a support role to our local Head of Sales and Channel including diary travel and expense management.

A little about you...

  • You have experience working in a customer-facing role such as customer care or hospitality and enjoy providing excellent service to others.

  • You like to be the first point of contact for employees and visitors and are happy to support them with their queries.

  • You can coordinate events including managing set up pack down and logistics.

  • You are looking to kick-start your career in an office-based environment.
