We are looking for an AM / Deputy Manager HR (Talent Acquisition & HRBP) to drive recruitment and provide strategic HR business support. This role combines Talent Acquisition (TA) attracting and hiring the best talent and HR Business Partnering (HRBP) delivering effective HR solutions that align with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition (TA):
Implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Source candidates via job boards social media referrals and networks.
Ensure closures within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Develop and implement HR plans to drive performance and outcomes.
Support talent management succession planning development and retention.
Drive performance management processes effectively.
Support organizational change management initiatives.

Education: MBA in HR (Diploma in HR preferred).
Experience: 25 years in HR (minimum 2 years relevant in TA & HRBP).
Industry Preference: Solar / Renewable Energy or related sectors.
Required Skills:
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering (as per industry). Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit SolidWorks or other design tools is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
