Job Description

The National Sales Manager will play a key leadership role managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive growth of Montus brand and product range across our prescribing partners and clinic network. Youll be responsible for setting sales strategies supporting your team fostering strong partnerships with clinics and prescribers and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of the sales cycle.

This is a role that blends strategic planning hands-on leadership and commercial acumen. If youre passionate about health innovation and motivated by helping teams reach their full potential we want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a 12-month commercial sales strategy with actionable quarterly targets.
  • Lead coach and support KAMs to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build frameworks and systems that streamline and elevate sales processes and team effectiveness.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Be the trusted link between Montu and its clinic partners.
  • Handle escalations and ensure consistent high-quality support to prescribers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams to ensure aligned compliant messaging.

Product Knowledge & Enablement

  • Champion deep product understanding within your team.
  • Provide training tools and resources that enable KAMs to confidently communicate Montus product value.

Commercial Performance & Growth

  • Own team and individual sales performance from acquisition through retention.
  • Identify and unblock roadblocks to success quickly.
  • Support the development of sales targets and regularly forecast performance.
  • Drive initiatives to grow Montus prescription share and brand presence.

Reporting & Data-Driven Decisions

  • Monitor competitor trends and clinic behaviour to spot growth opportunities.
  • Provide clear and actionable reporting to leadership on progress challenges and opportunities.

Team Development

  • Hire lead and grow a high-performing collaborative team.
  • Set clear goals manage performance and support individual development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability continuous improvement and inclusivity.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience leading successful high-performing sales teams ideally in healthcare pharmaceuticals or adjacent industries.
  • Track record of building strategic relationships and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong coaching mindset with the ability to develop others and foster team engagement.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales lifecycle and customer experience.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot Zendesk).
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to use data to guide strategy and decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for team support partner meetings and events.
