Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties for SVP including but not limited to: scheduling meetings submitting expense reports booking and IT management.
- Running internal and external play sessions and demos
- Work with Legal on submitting SOWs (statement of Work) for vendor work
- Work with Finance for vendor onboarding and on tracking Production and Marketing costs/payment in-flow/out-flow management.
- Manage digital asset archive and coordinate the transfer of assets between key parties
- Work alongside execs on the build of SPVR presentation decks
- Ensure that all SPVR game in-house hardware and software is updated to latest versions
- Coordinate with the marketing team on Store Page programming and Management including localization.
- Work with production companies to track budget and progress of VR short film/TV projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in production video game marketing or publishing
- Interest in Virtual Reality and live action production
- Strong presentation skills
- Technical skills
- Ability to multi-task
