Position: Virtual Closing Coordinator
Location: Remote
Status: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Availability: Reachable during U.S. working hours ( 9:30am to 7pm Eastern Standard
schedule)
The clients mission is to help distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure while providing a
supportive faith-rooted workplace where the team members can thrive. The client serves
thousands of Realtors each year ensuring that their clients receive the best outcomes
during difficult financial circumstances.
Position Overview
The primary mission: make sure everyone else is doing their job on time accurately and with
clarity.
You ll coordinate with title firms attorneys realtors and homeowners. You ll explain
contracts check HUD balances and manage high-stakes situations with calm clarity and
confidence.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized detail-oriented great with numbers and
gifted at calming tense situations while keeping things on track.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for title firms attorneys listing and buyer agents and
homeowners.
Review and explain bank approval letters and contract terms in simple clear language.
Audit and balance HUD settlement statements ensuring accuracy and correct fee labels.
Follow up with stakeholders to meet closing deadlines and resolve documentation
issues.
De-escalate emotional or tense conversations with professionalism and compassion.
Ensure all documents are fully signed and properly labeled.
Cross-reference contract terms with HUD line items and compliance requirements.
Manage digital filing and workflow tracking using Gmail Sheets Adobe Acrobat etc.
Support a fast-moving tech-driven office environment remotely.
Requirements
Education & Communication
Bachelor s degree(Masters preferred).
Equivalent of 16 years of formal English education.
Neutral American-sounding English accent and professional fluency is desirable.
2 3 years working in real estate title or legal closing environments.
Experience reviewing and balancing HUDs or settlement statements is a strong plus.
Background supporting a high-volume real estate team is preferred.
Skills
Excellent with numbers and confident in basic accounting.
Outstanding attention to detail able to spot errors and inconsistencies.
Strong communication and de-escalation skills in high-pressure scenarios.
Ability to manage multiple files and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Organizational skills and self-driven follow-through.
Tech-savvy and able to learn complex software quickly.
Technical Requirements
Own computer phone and high-speed internet ( 100 Mbps).
Familiar with:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail Calendar)
Adobe Acrobat
RingCentral (phone system training provided)
CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent)
Comfortable working U.S. Central and Mountain Time Zones.
