Job Description

The Role

Based in our Canberra office and working with Partner Shae McCartney we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join our Workplace Relations Employment and Safety team on a permanent full time basis.

The Canberra WRES team successfully represents a strong client base acting in high profile and high quality matters across the public and private sectors. Our Canberra WRES team advises on all aspects of workplace relations. The matters you will be working on are varied and interesting from general employment law industrial relations strategy and disputes; advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions compliance and regulatory matters discrimination work health and safety whistleblowing modern slavery and disputation and litigation across most Courts and Tribunals.

We work with our clients across the full spectrum of the employment relationship; from recruitment through to management and termination. Our work spans all facets of employment law industrial relations discrimination work health and safety executive remuneration and transactional support.
