Job Description
As an Sr. IT Operations Manager youll lead a high performing mission-critical team for a 24/7/365 customer. The Senior IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading IT service delivery Network Operations Server Operations support systems maintenance.

What youll do:
- Work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations modernization and enhancements to the enterprise operations
- Develop cultivate and manage customer relationships.
- Plan and recommend improvements modernization or additional equipment to increase the capacity of service delivery
- Prepare executive-level reports that ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers
What youll need to succeed:
- 5 years of experience leading a team that does 24/7/365 Service Desk Network Operations and Server Operations.
- CISSP CRISC CISM ITILv3 intermediate or expert level certifications.
- Knowledge providing on-call support to technical teams during unplanned outages and Hands-on experience with ServiceNow VMWare ManageEngine and NeuralStar.
- Ability to effectively analyze prioritize organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring coaching collaborating and team building.
- Deep experience collaborating with other teams to solve problems within complex technological infrastructure security or development problem with a high degree of trust and confidence.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance.
