The Role

This is a leadership position reporting into an experienced Practice Manager with line management responsibility for 3 RVNs 1 student nurse and 2 veterinary care assistants. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice coordinate clinical workflows and champion clinical standards and team wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Team leadership and mentorship

  • Support with rota planning clinical governance and audits

  • Working closely with the veterinary team to maximise efficiency

  • Encouraging continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week (flexible to a minimum of 35) with just 1 in 5 weekends no on-call no out-of-hours and no backup rotasyour time off is truly your own.

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with strong general practice experience

  • Calm confident leader with excellent communication and team-building skills

  • Passionate about clinical excellence and continuous development

  • Organised proactive and solutions-focused
