Job Summary
The Tender Specialist plays a critical role in the completion and management of public and privatetenders and framework agreements across CONMEDs surgical and orthopaedic portfolios in the Nordicregion. The role directly supports the achievement of annual sales targets by ensuring timely andhigh-quality tender submissions.
This position requires strong coordination communication and attention to detail and involvesclose collaboration with cross-functional teams globally. The successful candidate will contributeto long-term customer satisfaction compliance and business success.
Key Responsibilities
Tender and Framework Agreements
- Complete all tender and framework submissions to the highest standard meeting strict deadlinesand compliance requirements.
- Coordinate input from stakeholders ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is gatheredand submitted.
- Act as the central point of contact for all tender-related activity in the Nordicregion.
- Work closely with global colleagues to ensure all tender submissions reflect best practices andalign with CONMEDs strong industry positioning.
- Keep the business regularly informed on the status progress and outcomes of tenderopportunities.
- Maintain accurate and accessible records of all tender documents timelines and decisions forauditing and reporting purposes.
Environmental and Sustainability
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with current environmental legislation sustainabilitycriteria and green procurement policies in the Nordic countries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements specific tohealthcare tenders.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain and integrate necessary sustainabilitydocumentation.
- Proactively seek opportunities to position CONMEDs environmental credentials as a competitiveadvantage in tender responses.
- Track and report sustainability-related tender trends helping shape internal processes andexternal messaging in alignment with Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) goals.
Pricing
- Support the Tender & Contract Manager - CONMED Nordic with the development and maintenance ofpricing strategies that ensure competitiveness and profitability in line with corporate objectives.
- Assist in managing pricing processes for all tenders and frameworks.
- Monitor and respond to pricing requests from the sales team ensuring consistency and compliancewith internal guidelines.
General Compliance
- Adhere to and uphold all company policies and regulatory standards including business conductcorporate ethics quality system compliance and regulatory affairs. Proactively familiarizeyourself with the specific policies and requirements relevant to your role ensuring thesestandards are fully integrated into daily operations and long-term strategic planning. Consult withmanagement or relevant departments as needed to guarantee full compliance with corporate policiesand regulatory obligations.

Education / Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
Desirable
- A qualification in environmental and/or sustainability management.
- Proficiency in Finnish and Danish to a functional degree.
