ServiceNow Technical Consultant ( SecOps Module)

The Position:

• You will be fully integrated into the Global Tooling & Automation entity especially into the ServiceNow team.

The mission:

• We are seeking a Technical Consultant specialized in ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Security Operations (SecOps) module.
• The ideal candidate will support the design implementation and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform in alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders bridging business requirements with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow SecOps providing technical consulting and solution design.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Customize and configure the ServiceNow SecOps module including Security Incident Response Vulnerability Response and Threat Intelligence.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow SecOps and external security tools (e.g. SIEM threat feeds vulnerability scanners).
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline and optimize security-related processes.
• Ensure platform compliance with security frameworks internal governance standards and ServiceNow best practices.
• Guide and support internal teams on the ServiceNow platform with emphasis on SecOps capabilities.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and updates in ServiceNow and cybersecurity ensuring platform enhancements are aligned with evolving needs.
• Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and propose scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications :

Profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SecOps module.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture scripting (JavaScript) and data modeling.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM vulnerability scanners threat intelligence platforms etc.
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux environments SQL and database structures.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and IT service management practices (e.g. ITIL).
• Experience working in or with Infrastructure or Security Operations teams.
