Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (IC3 Level)
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer at IC3 level to design configure and customize ServiceNow solutions. The role will focus on ITSM CSM and Service Portal/Workspace development with responsibilities spanning enhancements support integrations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will be hands-on collaborative and capable of delivering secure scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop configure and customize solutions across ITSM CSM and ServiceNow core modules.
Build and enhance Service Portal UIB and Agent Workspace functionality.
Manage day-to-day support requests incident resolutions and enhancements.
Participate in version upgrades patching and platform maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions.
Write clean reusable JavaScript code using Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting.
Ensure performance scalability and security of all delivered solutions.
Work on integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Explore and implement AI/GenAI/AI Agent features in ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Experience

6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong expertise in Service Portal Agent Workspace ITSM and CSM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with incident management RCA and support ticket resolution.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow version upgrades and migrations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture data models and integrations.
Exposure to AI/GenAI/AI Agent features is a plus.
