Job Summary

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold certifications in Certified Application Developer (CAD) and any of CSM HRSD ITAM ITOM or CMDB implementation. This role requires a U.S. citizen with a minimum of active Secret Clearance

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including HRSD ITAM (SAM HAM) and CMDB.
Develop custom applications workflows and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
Perform system maintenance user administration and configuration management.
Ensure platform performance security and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide training documentation and support for ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
one or more among HRSD ITAM ITOM or CMDB Implementation certifications.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other relevant scripting languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
U.S. citizenship is required.
A minimum of an active Secret clearance is required.
