Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant (ITSM / ITIL)
Responsibilities:
- Lead enhancements and configuration within ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Align existing ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices.
- Support modules including Incident Management Service Catalog Request Fulfilment Change Enablement and Asset Management (Hardware & Software).
- Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure stability performance and scalability of the ServiceNow environment.
- Provide guidance on ITSM process maturity and optimization
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in IT Service Management with at least 5 years in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL Framework and best practices.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technology and process.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certification(s) and ITIL certification preferred.
Work Site: Houston TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (possible extension or conversion to FTE)
Expected Start Date: Immediate
