Description
We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow Software Development Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing
Customer Operations Management (COM) and
Service Operations Management (SOM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and supporting digital transformation initiatives across customer and service operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on COM and SOM modules.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript Flow Designer Business Rules UI Policies and Script Includes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows catalog items and service portals for customer and service operations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs MID Servers and IntegrationHub.
- Ensure platform performance scalability and security compliance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow upgrades and new feature adoption.
- Maintain documentation for configurations customizations and integrations.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong expertise in COM and SOM modules including Order Management Product Catalog Service Inventory and Service Assurance.
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data flows.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
