HM Note: This onsite contract role is in office five 5 days. Candidates must have access to a car and be able to drive to Hamilton Oshawa and Bradford/East Gwillimbury Ontario offices gas will not be reimbursed. Candidates resume must include first and last name.
Description
Looking for a dynamic Support Specialist to provide support to our Windows 11 and iOS device refresh initiatives across locations.
The successful candidate will bring:
- 3 years experience configuring imaging and deploying Windows laptops and desktops as well as iOS devices
- 3 years experience performing software installs/deployments and applying patches for Windows Operating Systems and iOS
- 3 years experience in hardware troubleshooting for Windows laptop and desktop devices as well as iOS devices
- 3 years experience with Mobile Device Management tools for managing iOS devices
In addition to the above skills and experience the successful candidate will have excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be a team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
