Tasks

Role Overview

The Logistics & Delivery Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the coordination scheduling and execution of deliveries for Ahti Interiors sanitary ware products. This role ensures that all deliveries are carried out efficiently on time and in line with client expectations. It requires a highly organized detailoriented individual who can manage multiple stakeholders including suppliers drivers and clients while supporting the overall operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily deliveries of sanitary ware to client sites showrooms and warehouses across Bali and Indonesia.

Liaise with suppliers warehouse teams and drivers to ensure accurate order picking packing and dispatch.

Prepare delivery documentation (invoices packing lists and any customs/shipping paperwork if required).

Track and update delivery statuses proactively communicating timelines and any changes to clients.

Manage logistics records including shipment costs delivery schedules and performance reports.

Support the Logistics Manager with scheduling route optimization and costefficient logistics planning.

Resolve delivery issues or discrepancies escalating to the Logistics Manager where needed.

Work closely with the sales and projects teams to ensure smooth ordertodelivery processes.

Requirements

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics delivery coordination or supply chain administration (ideally in construction interiors or similar industries).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook) and logistics/ERP software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

A proactive problemsolving mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
