Job Description
Oversee and Supervise the Production Operations at the Plant
Roles and amp; Responsibilities
and nbsp;plan a production schedule for the job
and nbsp;implement and control the production schedule
and nbsp;review and adjust the schedule where needed
and nbsp;determine the material resources required
and nbsp;make decisions about equipment use maintenance modification and procurement
and nbsp;work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
and nbsp;ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
and nbsp;set product quality standards
and nbsp;implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
and nbsp;analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
and nbsp;determine and implement improvements to the production process
and nbsp;prepare and maintain production reports
and nbsp;monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
and nbsp;estimate production costs and nbsp; and amp; set production budgets
and nbsp;manage production budgets
and nbsp;implement cost control programs
and nbsp;ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement distribution and management
and nbsp;
and nbsp;
Education and Experience
and nbsp;BE/Btech Mechanical
and nbsp;knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
and nbsp;knowledge of raw materials
and nbsp;knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
and nbsp;knowledge of process improvement techniques
and nbsp;knowledge of business finance and management principles
