In order to support their intensive growth they are actively recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager M/F to manage the full scope of Thailand.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a project specification pipeline ensuring that each project is
tracked and forecasted
- Develop and maintain a market map of all major architects distributors fabricators
and installers understanding their relationship to each other and current purchasing
patterns
- Market map and explore a variety of sectors for Commercial applications (ex.
Horticulture)
- Develop effective relationships with key architects designers and engineers to ensure
specification of the company fabrics is maximised
- Manage pricing by account type to identify and resolve discrepancies. Identify
opportunities for margin creep across all key or major accounts
- Professional representation of the company at Trade Shows Expos and Industry
Functions
- Responsible for regional budget and sales achievement along with credit receivables
and stock forecast related to this budget.
- Plan and manage your marketing requirements and exhibition invitations and
design in coordination with marketing and regional office.
- Manage Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory in a timely manner with clear reduction
Targets
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing/Engineering you have a minimum of 10 years Sales experience ideally within Specification or technical sales environment.
- Resilient and able to perform under pressure
- Ability to set priorities organize and plan work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate for the audience
- Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust with key stakeholders internally and
externally
- Good problem solving and analytical skills with a willingness and ability to drive
continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and facilitate decision making with
customers and across the organisation in accordance with company vision and values
