This role reports to the Senior Manager Financial Compliance Crime within the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team which is an integral component of Marsh McLennan Pacifics Compliance function. The FCC teams primary responsibility is to enable the groups compliance with regulatory requirements including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) Sanctions Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Fraud.
This is a key role in the development and oversight of Marsh McLennans Financial Crime Compliance framework which encompasses Mercer Australia and Marsh Australia AML / CTF programs. It is also responsible for supporting the effective implementation of the AML / CTF programs within the business .
