Job Description
Your Tasks
- To strengthen our team we are looking for a committed and visionary Product Owner/Manager Direct Communication (m/f/d) to further develop our retail media platform technically and act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders
- Product Value Creation and Integration: Responsibility for the further development of our Customer Engagement Platform and the integration of direct communication channels such as email SMS and push notifications into our existing or new systems. Creation of a medium- to long-term product roadmap in coordination with product owners and senior product managers
- Team Leadership: Leading a team of experienced product owners and supporting and coordinating the team to ensure that products are developed efficiently and with high quality
- Effective Product Management: From discovery planning and demand management to dependencies and delivery maximizing value creation while considering product strategy and team capacities
- Stakeholder Management: Working with internal and external stakeholders at all management levels to gather requirements and expectations and ensure successful implementation
- Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of product development
Your Profile
- A degree in business informatics business administration or a comparable degree program
- Several years of professional experience in product management in particular in the development and integration of customer engagement solutionsMartech marketing automation CRM systems.
- Management experience of cross-functional teams and collaboration with developers and specialist departments
- Sound knowledge of the technical implementation of communication solutions and APIs
- Leadtender and RfP processes functional and technical integration of SaaS for marketing and communications etc
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics in an understandable way
- Results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English German and additional language skills are a plus
