Job Title: Radiologist (MD DNB DMRD)
Location: Ludhiana Punjab
Work Mode: On-Site
Salary: 300000 - 350000 per month
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct ultrasound examinations and interpret results accurately.
- Perform X-ray procedures following established protocols.
- Communicate findings to referring physicians and healthcare teams.
- Participate in patient consultations to discuss imaging results.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during examination processes.
- Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure optimal care.
- Review and evaluate imaging studies to determine diagnoses.
- Document all procedures and findings in patient records promptly.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiology technology.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff as needed.
- Contribute to departmental meetings and discussions regarding patient care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet patient demands within time slots.
- Engage in quality assurance practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- M.D. D.N.B. or D.M.R.D. in Radiology.
- Valid medical practice license in India.
- Proven experience in performing ultrasound and X-ray procedures.
- Strong understanding of imaging techniques and protocols.
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and education.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking abilities.
