Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MBBS) and Master of Surgery (MS) in Ophthalmology.
  • Board certification in ophthalmology is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ophthalmologist.
  • Proven experience in cataract surgery.
  • Strong knowledge of ocular diseases and treatment options.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and surgical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a clinical team environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient care.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Proficient in using ophthalmic medical equipment.
  • Ability to handle complex medical cases efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Willingness to participate in clinical research initiatives.
  • Knowledge of current medical laws and ethical standards.
