Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS) and Master of Surgery (MS) in Ophthalmology.
- Board certification in ophthalmology is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ophthalmologist.
- Proven experience in cataract surgery.
- Strong knowledge of ocular diseases and treatment options.
- Excellent manual dexterity and surgical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a clinical team environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient care.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Proficient in using ophthalmic medical equipment.
- Ability to handle complex medical cases efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
