What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Facilities Management Ops Program Coordinator to oversee and manage various aspects of our soft services visual site inspections quality and compliance and vendor management programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain soft services work schedules proactively adjusting them to balance monitoring cost control and financial administration.
Manage documentation for engineering maintenance compliance audits and work schedules including proper classification of PM/RW schedules.
Review and manage corrective work orders ensuring timely assignment quoting and completion particularly for critical and compliance-related items.
Monitor vendor compliance through validation of NTE amounts tracking overdue work orders and maintaining regular communication with service providers.
Handle financial administration including aged debtors reporting processing additional non-chargeable work orders and managing landlord work orders.
Implement and maintain regular reporting programs for Engineering & FM Operations utilizing QA/HSE dashboards to drive improvements.
Provide support to Facility Managers for tier 1 and 2 sites focusing on compliance defects and promoting proactive operations.
Review service reports and quotes serve as main point of contact for sites and represent the team in vendor and client meetings.
Support remote site visitations addressing increased security and safety risks in remote locations.
Assist with site inspections invoice reviews and provide coverage during annual leave periods both onsite and in office.
